Just when we thought the winter was over we get another douse of snow and cold weather. Coolidge doesn't mind because he is getting his second chance to use the sled that Santa Claus gave him.

March has been another busy month for us. Ben is directing 2 plays and working full time. I have stopped touring schools and decided the best fit for Coolidge is St John the Divine. I never thought he would get in because it is free for only 15 kids per year. We think it will be a good transition school before kindergarten. He loves to go up to the cathedral and look around and I am hoping he will love the school also. Coolidge has done a lot of maturing since he turned 3. Having a new little brother to take care of and share time with has created the big boy I knew he would become. School also has played a big part in helping Coolidge come out of his shell. He is a lot more social and less dramatic. A few weeks ago he retired the pacifier. I knew one day he would give it up on his own and without me controlling the transition. I am so very proud of him, and happy to tell all of you moms that- 'your instinct is your best asset'.

Brody is also growing like a weed. Now that his 8 teeth have
come in completely he is sleeping a lot better at night. He is not quite sleeping through the night, but I can't complain. He tagged along to one of Coolidge's birthday parties; he was quite the social butterfly...which meant I didn't get a moment to relax.

He is getting very comfortable standing. He now holds on to furniture using one hand. Once in awhile he will test himself and let go for a brief moment. He cruises around, going from one piece of furniture to another. It is great to see him interact with Coolidge. He just adores him and follows him everywhere.

Ben is directing 2 plays this on month. They go up March 31st and April 1st. I recommend all of you in town to check them out. I am so excited that I get to see them because I missed his last show. I am very proud of him. He is putting in so much work and it is great to hear the process/progress.

My favorite new artist is John Mayer. I heard his song, "Gravity" on the Grammy's and it blew me away. Maybe some of you have already heard of him and if you did shame on you for not sharing. I bought the whole album and have been playing it to death. I had seen the white boy in the tabloids and never thought that voice could come out of him. Check him out and let me know what you think.

Hope all is well and don't forget to leave a comment. I love to hear what you think.
